Swimming Safly

Why would We Learn To Swim
You need to learn to swim and keep safe in the water at all times. You might even learn a new swimming skill or make up your own skill.Enjoy your time learning to swim.

Survival
You need to know how to keep safe in water so that you will stay alive. For example If you were at the beach and you were at a really deep spot  and you couldn’t swim you can already start drowning thats why its important to swim.

Fun
If I was going to a birthday party and we were going to the swimming pools and I didn’t know how to swim I would be staying In shallow pool with the some toddlers and all the other kids in my age would be having fun and I would be in the corner with my eyes shedding tears.

Conclusion
Swimming is sometimes complicated, tricky for some people to learn, but really important. It’s fun, keeps you alive and also healthy.Would you want to learn to swim? I hope you do start learning or even teach to swim.

Camping Down The Line

Fantastic Camping

Have you ever been Camping at school?Well if you haven’t I will tell you about our year five and six school camp and what we did.We had Camp for three days Wednesday,Thursday and Friday.

My group Care bears enjoyed kayaking nobody fell off their kayak. To get yourself in safely we had to do foot bum foot.We got to go around the green mark but some of us went all the way down to the red post. I heard that someone hit a fish when they went down.

After kayaking we went to the hall for our Concert people were shouting and cheering for the groups. When it came to the time for the performance it began to go louder. Our group was the first to show our actions, our song was Treasure by Bruno Mars. We didn’t win but Manaki won.

I really enjoyed Camp and I’m looking forward for next year and what we are going to do.

Frog Life Cycle

Do you want to know about the life cycle of a frog? Well you have come to the right place. The four main stages of a frogs life are the egg stage, tadpole, froglet and finally the adult frog stage.

It starts as a really tiny egg. After about a week it slowly starts pushing its way out. When the egg has hatched it turns into a tadpole. The tadpole has gills to help it breath.

When the tadpole has grown back legs it will be called a froglet. The froglet will find its own food,he has to watch out for other big predators. The froglet grows its front legs it loses it’s tail it is finally ready to be an adult. It finds a partner  to mate with and the life cycle start again. This is called metamorphosis.
